A Teenager Ate Ice Cream With Friends — Moments Later, Tragedy Struck

A normal evening with friends turned fatal after a 16-year-old boy stopped for ice cream. The first symptoms appeared almost immediately, and within minutes the situation became a desperate medical emergency.

The teenager was Adriano D’Orsi, from Casoria, Italy. Reports say he had a severe allergy to milk proteins and believed he was eating a dairy-free fruit ice cream, but possible milk contamination may have triggered fatal anaphylactic shock.
